An idea I saw and tried out with my boys. This is our adjusted recipe.
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons Splenda sugar
- 1 tablespoon Hershey’s Cocoa Powder (recipe calls for 2 but it was very cocoa-y tasting, so we cut it in half)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- dash of salt
Mix your dry ingredients in a coffee cup/mug of your choice then add the oil and water. Stir until well-mixed and microwave on high for roughly a minute. Remove, top with vanilla ice cream and dig in.
While this is a little messy, it is a great idea for a fun kitchen evening with the children.
