Cheesy Egg Delight


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon green onion
  • 1/4 cup cooked ham or bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley or dill


  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and butter
  2. Saute green onions, add onions and ham to egg
  3. Spray cooking rings and pour in egg mixture
  4. Cook covered over low heat until eggs set, cover with cheese
  5. Cover again and cook until cheese is melted
  6. Serve with parsley sprinkled on top
